Turkish National Agency has announced the results for KA229 and KA201 for 2018.
2018 Yılı Erasmus+ Okul Eğitimi Stratejik Ortaklıklar Projeleri Başvuru Sonuçları
Değerli Başvuru Sahipleri,
2018 yılı Erasmus+ Ana Eylem 2 (KA2) Okul Eğitimi Stratejik Ortaklıklar kapsamında Başkanlığımıza sunulan proje tekliflerinin değerlendirilme süreci tamamlanmıştır.
Başkanlığımıza sunulan 1032 adet proje teklifinden uygunluk kriterlerini taşıyanlar içerik değerlendirmesine alınmış ve her biri en az iki bağımsız dış uzman tarafından değerlendirilmiştir. İçerik değerlendirmesi sonucunda ve mevcut bütçe imkânları çerçevesinde;
a) KA229 Okullar Arası Değişim Ortaklıkları kapsamında, Başkanlığımızca kabul edilen 88 projede 100 Türk okulu; diğer Program Ülkelerindeki ulusal ajanslara yapılan başvurular içinde kabul edilen 353 projede ise 364 Türk okulu hibe desteği almaya hak kazanmıştır (EK-1). 12 adet Okullar Arası Değişim Ortaklıkları (KA229) proje teklifi yedek olarak belirlenmiştir (EK-2).
b) İyi Uygulamaların Değişimine Yönelik Okul Eğitimi Stratejik Ortaklıklar kapsamında, 13 adet KA201 Karma Stratejik Ortaklıklar proje teklifi hibe desteği almaya hak kazanmış (EK-3), 2 adet KA201Karma Stratejik Ortaklıklar proje teklifi yedek olarak belirlenmiştir (EK-4).
c) Yenilik Geliştirmeye Yönelik Okul Eğitimi Stratejik Ortaklıklar faaliyeti kapsamında 8 adet KA201 Karma Stratejik Ortaklıklar proje teklifi hibe desteği almaya hak kazanmış (EK-5), 2 adet KA201 Karma Stratejik Ortaklıklar proje teklifi yedek olarak belirlenmiştir (EK-6).
İlan edilen hibe miktarları azami olup gerekli durumlarda Başkanlığımız, sözleşme aşamasında hibe miktarlarında değişiklik yapma hakkını saklı tutar.
Proje değerlendirme sonuçları başvuru sahibi kurumlara bildirilecektir. Proje ortaklarına ayrıca Başkanlığımızca bildirim yapılmayacak olup ortaklar başvuru sahibi kurum tarafından bilgilendirilmelidir.
Kabul listesinde yer alan proje sahibi kurum/kuruluşlara yönelik olarak proje başlangıç toplantısı yapılacaktır. Toplantının yeri, tarihi ve projelerden sorumlu Başkanlığımız personelinin iletişim bilgileri daha sonra e-posta yoluyla bildirilecektir.

The process of evaluating project proposals submitted by the Presidency within the scope of Erasmus + Main Action 2 (KA2) School Education Strategic Partnerships in 2018 has been completed.
From the 1032 project proposals submitted by the Presidency, those who fulfill the eligibility criteria were taken into the content evaluation and evaluated by at least two independent external experts. As a result of content evaluation and within the framework of existing budget facilities;
- a) Within the scope of KA229 Inter-School Exchange Partnerships, 100 Turkish schools in 88 projects approved by our Presidency; 363 Turkish schools were eligible to receive grant support (ANNEX-1) in 353 projects approved in applications made to national agencies in other Program countries. 12 project proposals for the Inter-School Change Partnerships (KA229) have been set as reserve (Annex-2).
- b) School Education for the Change of Good Practices Within the scope of Strategic Partnerships, 13 KA201 Mixed Strategic Partnerships project proposal has been awarded grant support (EK-3) and 2 KA201 Mixed Strategic Partnership project proposals have been designated as reserve (Annex-4).
- c) In the scope of School Education Strategic Partnership for Innovation Development, 8 KA201 Mixed Strategic Partnerships project proposal grant support was awarded (Annex-5) and 2 KA201 Mixed Strategic Partnership project proposal was designated as reserve (Annex-6).
The declared amount of grants is the maximum, and our Presidency reserves the right to amend the grant amounts during the contract period.
Project evaluation results will be reported to the applicant institutions. We will also not be notified to the partners of the project separately and the partners should be informed by the applicant organization.
The project initial meeting will be held for the project-holding institutions / organizations on the acceptance list. The location of the meeting, the date and the contact details of the staff of our Presidency in charge of the projects will be announced by e-mail later.
